Brightmail Anti-Spam Filtering

Our Brightmail Anti-Spam Filter captures 90% to 97% of the spam coming to your inbox. Although this capture rate is one of the best on the market, it will not eliminate Spam delivery altogether. As spam floods increase so does the remaining 3% to 10% that gets through.

NETDOOR closely monitors spam to ensure your legitimate mail is getting to you. The Brightmail Anti-Spam system is updated every 15 minutes of every day by Brightmail analysts. If you feel you are getting too much spam please go to our Reporting Spam page for instructions on how to send your examples directly to the analysts to increase the filter's capture rate.


Brightmail Quarantine

Need help logging in?

The Brightmail Anti-Spam Filtering System provides a quarantine for Suspected Spam. Theses "suspected spam" messages are saved for 7 days and then discarded. The quarantine interface is located here: http://qt1.netdoor.com.

Username/Password:

Your username must be entered as username@netdoor.com, all lowercase letters. The password should be the same as specified when you created your account (Ex: your dialup/email/dsl password ).
