Disconnection After Checking Mail
I get disconnected from NETDOOR when I send or receive my email. How do I fix this?
- Open Outlook Express.
- Across the top of Outlook Express, click on "Tools."
- Go to "Options" (it should be the last option in the pull down).
- If you are using Outlook Express 5.0, click on the "Connection" tab.
If you are using Outlook Express 4.0, click on the "Dial-Up" tab.
- UNCHECK "Hang up after sending and receiving".
