Disconnection After Checking Mail

I get disconnected from NETDOOR when I send or receive my email. How do I fix this?


  1. Open Outlook Express.
  2. Across the top of Outlook Express, click on "Tools."
  3. Go to "Options" (it should be the last option in the pull down).
  4. If you are using Outlook Express 5.0, click on the "Connection" tab.
    If you are using Outlook Express 4.0, click on the "Dial-Up" tab.
  5. UNCHECK "Hang up after sending and receiving".
