Reporting Missed/Unfiltered Spam
In the event that you receive a message that was not properly tagged as spam by the Symantec/Brightmail Anti-Spam system, you can report the message so that NETDOOR and Brightmail can attempt to find out why the message was not properly tagged.
To report a missed spam message you can simply forward the message to firstname.lastname@example.org as long as it meets the following criteria:
Missed spam messages sent to any NETDOOR email address other than email@example.com or messages sent that do not meet the above requirements will not be examined and immediately discarded.
After you have sent the message there is nothing more you need to do. You will not receive any type of confirmation.
