Over Quota

Without any known changes on our setup, we are no longer receiving email. Can you advise why we are not receiving our email on this account?


The account has exceeded the quota of 10mb allowed for storage of email. Any inbound messages will be undeliverable because their is no room to store these messages on the server. In order to remedy this you would need to remove at least some of the mail in this account that is currently on the mail server. You can do so in one of two ways:

  1. The quickest and simplest way to do this would be to just point his web browser (Internet Explorer 4.x or Netscape Communicator 4.x) to the following url: https://webmail.netdoor.com/.

    Allow a few minutes to load the java client, PonyEspresso. Once loaded, it will then prompt for a username/password. Just enter the specified information, click OK on the preferences window and it will display the contents of your INBOX. From here, you can permanently delete email from your INBOX.
