Unable to Lock Maildrop

This most likely means that you have a rather large email on our servers.
First, completely disconnect from the Internet for at least 10 minutes. Then reconnect, and try to download your email again. If you get the error again, you need to call our technical support team so that they can tell you what you may need to have deleted in order to receive your mail.
You could also try to view your mail with WebMail and see if there is any unusually large emails that you could delete.
